Having a stable temperature throughout the winemaking process is a fundamental ingredient in the production of high-quality wines. The Rocaille Wine winery sits behind 1.5m of solid granite. Our bottled-wine storage area sits a further 10m back underground within its own walled-in area. This provides for great temperature stability; warmer in the winter, cooler in the summer. And should extreme temperatures occur we also have climate control in our main winery to ensure that our wines never fall outside of critical temperature ranges. This allows us to guarantee a high level of consistency and reliability in our wine.
